Protective Ride Tiers are the four protective transportation levels you can choose from when booking. Every level includes a vetted Phantom Guard driver, live dispatch monitoring, and pickup & arrival confirmation. Level 1 — Standard starts at $250 and includes up to 1 hour of coverage — a private, safety-focused ride with dispatch awareness. Level 2 — Elevated starts at $350 and includes up to 1.5 hours, adding expedited routing, more frequent trip check-ins, and premium vehicle options on request. Level 3 — Advanced starts at $500 and includes up to 2 hours, adding a dedicated dispatch contact, route pre-screening before pickup, and extended in-trip coordination. Level 4 — VIP Elite starts at $750 and includes up to 3 hours with a senior Phantom Guard assigned, advance route planning & staging, premium vehicle coordination, and an on-call coordinator throughout the trip.

Premium SUV (+$75) and Luxury SUV / Escalade-class (+$225) upgrades are available on request.

Level 2 — Elevated starts at $350 and includes up to 1.5 hours of coverage. It includes everything in Level 1 (vetted Phantom Guard, live dispatch monitoring, pickup & arrival confirmation) and adds: expedited routing, more frequent in-trip check-ins, and premium vehicle options available on request.

Level 3 — Advanced starts at $500 and includes up to 2 hours of coverage. It includes everything in Levels 1 and 2 (vetted Phantom Guard, live dispatch monitoring, pickup & arrival confirmation, expedited routing, frequent check-ins) and adds: a dedicated dispatch contact for your trip, route pre-screening before pickup, and extended coordination from pickup through drop-off.

Level 4 — VIP Elite starts at $750 and includes up to 3 hours of coverage. It includes everything in Levels 1, 2, and 3 and adds: a senior Phantom Guard assigned to your trip, advance route planning & staging, premium vehicle coordination, and an on-call coordinator available throughout the trip.

Mileage is billed at $3 per mile on top of your selected Protective Ride Tier. Mileage is calculated by dispatch based on your pickup location, destination, and any additional stops or route requests. Your final mileage total is confirmed with you before service.

Phantom Guard standby is $2 per minute and covers time your Phantom Guard stays with you after arrival — short stops, venue entry, hotel check-in, nightlife exits, airport delays, or any period where you want continued protective presence. Standby is billed separately from your base tier and is confirmed by dispatch.

Standby has a 30-minute minimum, billed at a $60 minimum charge. If you use less than 30 minutes of standby, you are still billed the $60 minimum. Any standby time beyond 30 minutes is billed at the standard $2 per minute rate.
