Is this regular rideshare?+
No. Phantom Defense 360 is a premium protective mobility service for airport pickups, hotel transportation, nightlife movement, women/family safety, VIP movement, and private travel.
Is the service available now?+
The platform is preparing for soft launch. Customers can join the Founding Access List or request availability.
What areas will you serve?+
Detroit and Metro Detroit, including airport-area service and select surrounding cities based on availability.
Do you offer airport pickup?+
Yes. DTW airport pickup is one of the main soft-launch service categories.
Do you offer follow-car escort?+
Not during the public soft launch. Follow-car escort and executive protection may be considered later as custom or contract services.
What vehicles are available?+
Sedan, SUV, and Premium SUV options may be available depending on scheduling and service level.
How does pricing work?+
Pricing may include a vehicle request fee, mileage charge, time charge, and coverage tier fee. Final pricing is confirmed before service.
Can hotels or clubs partner with Phantom?+
Yes. Phantom welcomes hotel, nightlife, event, and business partners.
Can security companies refer clients?+
Yes. Qualified security companies may apply for the Security Partner Referral Incentive Program.
Can fleet owners provide vehicles?+
Yes. Qualified fleet owners and vehicle partners may apply for the Preferred Fleet Partner Program.
What should I do in an emergency before contacting Phantom Defense 360?+
1) Assess whether the situation is life-threatening or requires immediate medical, fire, or law-enforcement response. 2) If yes, call 911 first — state your location clearly and follow the dispatcher's instructions. 3) Move to a safe location only if you can do so without increasing your risk. 4) Do not wait for Phantom Defense 360 to respond to an active emergency; we are not emergency medical or law-enforcement personnel. 5) Once the immediate emergency is stabilized and you need secure follow-on transportation, contact Phantom dispatch to arrange protective transport.
What situations can Phantom Defense 360 handle?+
We handle protective transportation, secure movement, and escort coordination for airport pickups, nightlife exits, hotel transportation, executive travel, women and family safety, and private event movement. Our operators provide professional pickup, route awareness, live dispatch coordination, and arrival confirmation. We focus on personal safety, situational awareness, and discreet protective transport — not medical or law-enforcement response.
What situations can Phantom Defense 360 NOT handle?+
Phantom Defense 360 is a premium protective transportation service. We are not an ambulance, paramedic, or emergency medical transport provider. We are not a substitute for 911, fire services, or law-enforcement. We do not respond to active crimes in progress, provide medical care, or evacuate individuals from immediate life-threatening danger. In any medical, fire, or life-threatening emergency, call 911 first, then contact Phantom dispatch for follow-on transportation if appropriate.
Is this an emergency service?+
No. Phantom Defense 360 is not an emergency service. If there is an immediate emergency, call 911. We provide protective transportation coordination, not emergency response.

- Service is request-based during soft launch — availability, coverage, pricing, and response times vary by location and capacity, and are confirmed in writing before dispatch.
