Service availability, vehicle availability, pricing, Protective Ride Tiers, and launch incentives may vary by location, timing, compliance requirements, and operational capacity. Final pricing is confirmed before service.
Promotional credits have no cash value, cannot be stacked unless approved, and may expire based on launch terms. Referral credits are earned only after completed, paid bookings. Phantom may modify or end promotional offers at any time.
Partner compensation programs require written agreements, approval, tracking, and applicable tax documentation. Fleet partner revenue projections are not guaranteed and require attorney/CPA review.
Follow-car escort and executive protection services are not part of the public soft launch and may be considered later as custom contract services.
